After a long wait for Nokia products which are said to be launching in 2017 from past 1 & 1/2 year, now finally today Nokia unveiled their first smartphone the Nokia 6, there was no event or as such grand unveiling but they just announced the smartphone. The press release was sent by HMD Global which got exclusive licensing rights to manufacture and market Nokia products.
Nokia mentions in the press release about the smartphone having a new design philosophy which is the same old much-loved Nokia phone hallmarks of quality, superior craftsmanship and relentless focus on the consumer experience. The phone also comes with Dolby Digital support, and the dual amplifier delivers 6dB more then the normal amplifier inside the smartphone.

CEO of HMD Global, Arto Nummela said in the Press Release,

The phone will launch really soon exclusive to JD.com in China. There is no information on global launch of the smartphone. The phone will be priced at an equivalent price of $245.
